option b! we are actually in the process of looking for/building a house for our new chapter. right now we think we are going to just buy a house already standing in town, because we have a lot of old southern plantation-style homes (watch steel magnolias...it was filmed/set in our school's town...we were actually thinking of buying that actual house). however it works out it will be cool though...i'm sure of it.
