I thought she was inside because they talked about how the glass in the high rises can withstand sex pressure without any problems. Someone needs to find the picture ASAP so we can determine which side of the glass she was on. I nominate you.

They were indeed inside - I think they were having sex against the window.

This article states that "the couple at the center of last week's scandal had sex against the window of the high rise apartment for three days in a row"
 I certainly hope they stopped for a break every now and then.
