RIF- Recruitment Information Forms - are not ritual - any greek organization or non-greek can see the Chi Omega form. I mail it to guidance counselors and close friends of young woman wanting to go through recruitment. It is just like a job interview and a form you would have filled out for a reference.
The only big "no no" is that (A) - the girl getting the recommendation can NOT see it and (B) - you can not have a family member fill it out.
Heidi- maybe other sororities are more selective on who sees their RIFS ... glad whoever PM'd you is looking out for us
