When we stayed there overnight this summer, they didnt challenge us, but they knew who we were. The UIW Theta roomed with the Kappa from UTK, and it was the Kappa who offered us the place to hang out and crash in Knoxville, before we even left the Maryland campus.
I am sure it could easily happen anywhere. Especially with the impact Katrina/Rita had on the country. We all were wanting to help, and unfortunately, some people took advantage of that.
