I will definitely avoid some names that are perfectly acceptable simply because someone with that name has left bad feelings with me. Some of those being Crystal, Jill, Heather and Cynthia. And for guys.... Luke and Kyle (among QUITE a few others). I used to love the names, but now not so much.
