I totally agree that Spam is an acquired taste, but we have this thing here called the Spam musubi...and it's a staple. Envision a slice of Spam atop a rectangular brick of sticky rice, with a slap of roasted seaweed paper wrapped around it. I know AlphaSigOU knows about it, and I'm thinking carnation, and maybe AznSAE and Bobby knows about it too. It may have been small, but it was a full meal that'd get me full no prob!

Then again I tried grits and I never thought I'd like it on my first trip to the South, but surprisingly enough this Hawaiian luuuuuuurved the GRITS!!!
