Our pin attire was either a dress with hose & heels, or good pants suit. We were permitted one informal meeting a month, and the attire depended on the "activity". If we were having a guest speaker, it was still pin attire, although a skirt was allowed. If it was causal (ie: during Recruitment), then almost anything was fair game - as long as you wore some sort of shoes!
