Thanks for your responses. The problem is I know the sponsor. He's one of my chapter brothers and he has asked me to help him with the Belmont group...only he doesn't really know where they stand. I had a meeting with him and the students from Belmont (there were only 2) it is clear that there needs to be some direction there. I don't have the time to commit to this project and i think he's lacking the direction. Someone needs to take over the sponsorship. I will talk to my RD for more info. Thanks again.
