Y'all also have to look at these women being opportunists. He has an empire with Playboy. They probably figure that they can "play" with him for the next 5 years, hope that he'll die within that time span, and he will be generous enough to leave them a cut in his will. They don't care about dating others. If he passes in the next 5 to 10 years, they STILL have some time to date and do stuff. Holly KNOWS that if she has a kid, she is paid for life.
They probably don't have to sleep with him that much. I know that he is sleeping with them, but he might not be as much of a horndog in his old age. It's probably a trade off for them. It's like playing the lottery. If they play enough, for long enough, it might pay off one day.
