We had to go get the ritual book and find it. Turns out it was in there, but I guess when you're being initiated it's a lot to take in so you miss some stuff.

I do agree that most of these are not legit, though.
After inititation, I had to sit down and re-read most of the inititation book cus i forgot most stuff cus I was so nervous, lol!

Some reasonable advice... If you're interested in Greek Life, contact the office of Greek Life at your school to learn about the groups that are represented on your campus, find out about the dates of recruitment (and what to expect at recruitment), as well as general stats for the chapters on your campus. Look at the national or chapter web sites.

Greek Chat is a message board, not a Sorority/Fraternity Bible. You'll get lots of opinions here. Just remember that every chapter of a GLO is different from campus to campus and even from year to year.

/back to your regularly scheduled humorous thread!

Hi! I went through rush 2 times and didn't get a bid either time. And now I want to do AI with a sorority. I want to be an AF but will be an ABC as a second choice. Also, I like to call NPC sororities "white sororities". How many groups will want to AI me?

How about this:

Q. If I get a bid to a sorority that is not "top tier" and I decide to ditch my bid and rush next year, do you think I can get in?

I gotta go so I can hunt for that snowball's chance in hell!

Or

Q. If I get a bid to a not "top tier" sorority will I still get to socialize with the best fraternities?

Does anyone know why XYZ cut me? I thought I really clicked with all those girls. Oh well. I'll show them. I'll go sleep with Patty President's boyfriend again.
