Seriously, If you want more information, go to the office of Greek Life on your campus! Or office of student involvement...

Message boards are great ways to get general information, but if you're thinking about joining, you need to go to the most local place possible... not people from across the world!

And BTW, you can't join a fraternity and a sorority... One is for men, one is for women... Even though my sorority is chartered as a Fraternity, we are still a sorority...

Before you ask a question about rush at your school, do a SEARCH.

There are alot of threads about ALOT of schools here. Chances are good that your school has been discussed here before:

http://greekchat.com/gcforums/search.php

If you're not having any luck with our search function, try using Google Advanced Search to search Greek Chat.

Go to Google, and in the search box type: [school name or topic] site:greekchat.com

I am 40 years old, currently attending a county college part time. Will I have to complete county college first and them attend 4 year institution to pledge?

We're not that kind of Greek website, but babelfish is your friend. http://babelfish.yahoo.com

Her signature. She is apparently a distinguished member of AKA.

Boy, if I had a nickel for every woman named Otis...

Your answer to the brothel question is not true! In the town where my school is located, it is an old city law that more than 6 women living together constitutes and brothel and that is why we don't have sorority houses!!!

What town would this be? Can you cite the specific ordinance please? (Don't worry. No one will be holding their breath while you look. And look. And look.)
