That's how they say it in my area too!  But anyway, my fave Chinese food dishes are:
Orange chicken and orange beef
General Tso's chicken
Sesame chicken and sesame beef
Sweet and Sour Chicken
Honey Flavored Chicken Wings
Shrimp Mai Fun
Chicken Lo Mein
Shrimp Lo Mein
Chicken wings (with or without the hot sauce)
Diced Chicken and Shrimp
That's all for now. If there are any dishes that I haven't listed, I'll keep you posted.
