I know the bar and the owner. I'm not sure I agree about why they are boycotting, but I have been boycotting his establishments since I went to the school there. The writer of the e-mail while not quite eloquent did hit the nail on the head - "MONEY is the bottom line". The owner is one of my husbands fraternity brothers and trust me when I tell you none of them like him. He acts like he is doing someone a favor and then screws them over.

You must be talking about Ace. Thankfully I know other KA's or I wouldn't like the fraternity very much based on what I have seen from Ace. However, he has little to do with the bar now. One of the Legends owners co-owns the Nikel with Ace and he is the one pretty much in charge and running things (PM me if you would like to know who, I'm sure you probably know him). The co-owner is also a city council man and he is the one that is having to deal with everything. Who knows where Ace is in all this mess.
