If you really wanna pick me up, all you have to say is that you're willing to pay all of my law school expenses and I don't have to pay any of the money back because it's a gift for me and a tax write-off for you.  The only thing you'd require me to do is to maintain a good GPA and that'll be enough satisfaction for you. Other than that, you can remain the cool  and honest person you've always been and we'll remain tight forever.
