I'm trying to keep in mind that this storm isn't even a hurricane yet. The news his morning said the winds are still holding around 70mph.

They also said that it's looking to be a category 1 or 2 when it gets to Texas.

Do ya'll think that people are expecting another Katrina, only this time in Texas? Honestly, that seems to be the reaction that I am seeing. But, maybe I'm wrong. Better safe than sorry I am sure.

They are saying around here that it could be a big huge mess for the ACL festival that is here this weekend. LOTS of rain and 40-60 mph winds doesn't spell good news for an outdoor music festival. Kinda makes me glad that I'm not planning on going anymore.

It is looking like maybe I should cancel the Houston trip this weekend.
