my problem with paypal is that my cc expired and instead of just putting in the new expiration date they wanted all this personal information, which I'm sorry I didn't feel comfortable giving. It didn't make sense since, again, it was just an expired cc.
I too tried calling but i will only wait on hold for at most 20 minutes. I'm sorry, I have better things to do with my time than sit and wait for a company to finally decide to hire some people to answer the phone.
