I don't think it should be a problem. One of my pledge sisters is in ROTC. And the fact of the matter is that not a lot of people have the dedication and ability to do ROTC, so the fact that you got a scholarship for it should be a plus! Go for, and if they think that you being in ROTC is a bad thing, then they would be a good organization for you!
