For you, continous rush is going to be very big. With a deferred rush, you should be able to use that to your advantage.

It sounds like you have some great events planned, but location is only so much.

First EVERYONE in your chapter has to be there. Considering this is during the school year, this probably isn't as big of problem as it is for my chapter (we do summer rush).

Second, members must talk to rushees. You can't just let the recruitment chairs do all the talking, brothers need to talk to rushees, and befriend them. Will also make any discussion you have about a potential pledge more fruitful, if guys can actually say they talked to him.

Third, be selective.

To get guys to your current events, fliers will only go so far. If you can, set up a table at the dining hall, or some other central campus location. Hand out pencils, or candy, or something with your fliers. Have more than just two people there, hopefully get a group of guys, including your most outgoing members who will approach guys as they walk past. While you can't have sorority girls officially, if there are a bunch of them just hanging out at your table - that's probably legal. Here's your chance to take advantage of the girls ( ie the fact that they are much more attractive than you).

Finally for when you do freshman rush, make it a requirement that every member bring at least 2 freshman to at least one event. Guys from class, guys from work, guys from some other club.
