Why, I think He is doing a Great Job of trying to explain His Thoughts!!

I really dont think He is talking about Hazing as Some think.

Individual Chapters will and do things because it is and has been done in Years before.

Is it and can it be wrong, Yes it is and can be.

That is why I and some others Read Dailey about the Crap that goes on and Chapters are Suspenioned!

Do They Reflect on All of us? Yes they Do!
