Okay, I went to spinning last night for the first time and it was an AMAZING workout, but I cannot sit today because my behind hurts so bad! I was just curious of other aerobics classes people like and why. I am a kick boxing addict because it gets out all my frustration and its fun too! Anyone else?
Yeah, but you move on the bike the whole time(going up and down in your seat) and there are different tensions, so sometimes you are trying to ride REALLY fast but with the tension the equal of going up a steep hill. Your legs are rubber after an hour
