Did you get a chest x-ray? A friend had similar problems, and the doctor discovered her lung had collapsed. Once they fixed it, she was well. The only other things I can think of are asthma, allergies, or smoking or second hand smoke. I had bronchitis four times in a few months. It turned out to be a reaction to second hand smoke.
