Delta Gammas: please wear your badge on October 11th!
One Delta Gamma alumna recently reminded us of a very simple but important
fact: the anchor is a symbol of hope.
Recently, while she was rummaging through her jewelry box for her flag pin
to wear in support of the rescue and recovery efforts, Pam Bamrick, (an
Epsilon Psi-Rutgers initiate, now vp: membership for her Bergen County, New
Jersey alumnae group), saw her Fraternity badge.
"It hit me that the anchor is a symbol of hope so today I'm wearing both!"
Let's follow Pam's inspiring lead on October 11. Honor and memorialize the
thousands who were forever affected exactly one month ago, as we hope for
the strength and renewal of our Fraternity, nation and world.
