Actually, I read that she lost 8 pounds total but gained muscle. So maybe she lost fat but gained muscle so it equaled out to 20 pound fat loss. Sort of like how Hillary Swank gained 20 pounds of muscle for Million Dollar Baby but looked thinner. I dont think Jess had a boob job, she's still young so exercise can make her look better. I also don't think she's a coke user, she never seems coke whacked out, just silly.
