recruitment skit

hey yall
i am the financial advisor for the Iowa chapter of ADPi and i was wondering if anyone had a good skit on hand that we could use for skit day. the Iowa chapter still has skit day (most other campuses have gotten rid of it)
so i was wondering if you all had any you could send me. please PM me if you could be of any help. thanks so much

Hi Karla! Hope all is well in the midwest!

I don't have a skit for you, but I wanted to advise you to go ahead and contact your District Recruitment Director. The CPD for the chapter you are working with will have her contact info. The Recruitment Director will have plenty of resources, skits, etc., for you to work with! Good luck!

PS: I don't know if you remember Amanda and Amy from your alpha class-- both maried this month over the holiday weekend!

We wrote one ourselves and this is the 2nd year in it's use, but it underwent major re-writes this year. I'd hate to offer something that wasn't thoroughly tested and proven effective.

Off on a bit of a tangent, a few years back we were told at a VLS that an I'natl skit was coming based on "The Lion King" with Alphie as the lead character. It was supposedly being worked on by an ADPi who was big in theater. I wonder what ever happened with that? But then again, we'd been promised an ADPi/RMH Philanthopy video for ages and it finally happened just this year. Guess we just need to wait a bit longer.

I'm originially from Iowa! I'm going to school in Saint Louis, as you can see!

I was way excited to see that you are in Iowa, welcome! I'm from a town that's less than an hour away from U of I!

As you've probably noticed, none of the sisters are going to post something exact on GreekChat. This is not a private Forum, and many others GLOs will check out this type of post. So... I would suggest that anyone having a great skit idea either PM Karla (Karla - you make sure you check your PMs!), or tell her which "private" line where you can post something.

I know Karla hasn't been around for a while, but I can vouch for her
