That's exactly why I think "under God" should be removed from the pledge of allegiance. I'm fine with saying "under God", I believe in God, I have no troubles with the belief itself that we are a nation, under God. BUT, if someone wanted to substitute Allah, Buddha or the Reverand Cardinal Moon for "God", I would have a huge problem with that. Therefore, I think we should skip that part altogether.
