So did, "Thou shalt not kill."

While break ins are certainly annoying and a part of what police should protect against, I doubt there have been any deaths involved. If I had to make a choice, I might give a little more interest to making sure people aren't wasted as well.

In fact, I'll be any police force would show more interest in alcohol and drugs than break ins.
