I prefer after rush, just so she can thank them as well as update them on experience and her decision!
If she is attending any of the orientations, there is a breakout session where Panhellenic has an info session and has a 'mini style show' to show the girls the types of appropriate dress for each day. (Rather they did this back in '98 when I was going through Recruitment. I'm not sure if they still do, but I'm guessing that they do.)
