ladies,
if you don't want to deal with the public don't have a job where you have to handle people and their problems.
my pet peeve is customer service employees who have nasty attitudes. if your shoes are too tight or whatever personal problem that you have going on in your life is going to effect your being polite and friendly when i call or come in to the store, STAY AT HOME! i don't expect to have to deal with your mood and spend my money at the same time.
and if the store closes at 9:00pm then don't lock the door at 8:50! i still have 10 minutes! don't start breaking down the equipment and food if you work in a fast food. if you are going to shut down at 8:45 then post that on the sign in the window.
