I don't know about everyone up in here, but you couldn't pay me to use the word Soror while I was on line or anytime before I was so fortunate to make it in. Maybe that's not important to others, but it sure stuck out to me.
Secondly, I understand wanting to vent and feeling like no one will know who you are, but you just never know what people may find out. So you are not using discretion. Sure everyone is not going to get along with everyone. That goes for family, a circle of friends, sororities/fraternities, etc. However, you never put your business out there to people on the outside. Just because most of us here are in Greek organizations, we are still outsiders to the organization and/or chapter you're trying to come through.
And what if someone did find out what org and chapter you're talking about? That's putting your chapter as well as the organization on blast. That sure doesn't sound very respectful or discreet.
