Greek housing off campus, but trying to get on

At UCF, we have been trying very hard for the past couple of years to add Greek Park 2 because most of the fraternities do not have on-campus housing. There are debates over it at every student government meeting. I'm not exactly sure where you can find the transcripts of it though.
