Investigations into certain problems are not leaked at the moment it happened. It can take just a bit.

Many times, there are people Like We on GC that find out things Before the fact, almost! I have Posted things to My IHQ and they were caught unawares.

WOW, We have many more eyes, ears, minds, and locations than they do.

2004 wasnt really that far ago is it?

If this did truely happen, then let it run its course. Yes, if it did, it sucks!
