they are pretty good w/returning damaged stuff like that though - so is VS - one of the underwires popped out of my very expensive (lol) bra and i brought it in with tears in my eye bc it was my favorite one and the sales lady was VERY nice.. they exchanged it for the same thing, no questions asked...
as much as i like these stores, they went so high up in price but lack in quality lately there older stuff was so much better, quality wise
yeah, VS bras are now like $40 something whent hey used to be $30 something.
