I just remember an episode of CSI where a victim became a giant fireball and had 3rd degree burns over 80% of her body. Drs said she wouldn't feel pain because her nerves were basically dulled. So I'm just wondering what would have made Anakin feel pain.
The bigger question is HOW WAS HE EVEN ALIVE??? I think he was just so tied into the force that he had an abnormal ability to sustain life and health. So, I can see how he would still be feeling pain.
