Thank you to Mrs. Pedersen for teaching me think imaginatively and that creativity is the better part of intelligence.

Thank you to Mrs. Bridges, my sixth grade teacher, who insisted that we all learned the Greek alphabet backwards and forwards, "Especially for those who are going on to college".

Thank you to Mr. Bradley, who infused me with a love for language.

Thank you to Mrs. Schull, who daily said to me, "Procrastination never was a virtue of maturity."

Thank you to Dr. Taube, who continually believed in me and defended me when necessary.
