I agree about the confidentiality. It stays confidential for the same reason that we do not(or arent supposed to) discuss chapter business with others in an open forum or even to other Theta chapters. Reason being that outside of the chapter it really doenst concern anyone else except for HQ, the AB, and the District Team.
I am sad though that a chapter has closed for whatever reason.
