Chico IFC Expels Phi Kappa Tau and a Local, Recognizes Zeta Beta Tau

On Monday the Interfraternity Council at Chico tossed out the Phi Kappa Tau chapter and did the same to a local, Delta Psi Delta. In the same meeting the IFC voted to recognize Zeta Beta Tau, according to the local paper:
