Talking how to form housing corporation

Hey yall,

I am wondering if any of you would have any information on how to start a housing corporation? Do you know the processes?
Pleaset let me know any information possible!!

ZTA had the very first housing corp - I'd check with them.

First step is to incorporate in the state where the chapter is as a not-for-profit (IRS 501 c(7)). Check with your state's corporation commission for
incorporation fees and requirements.

For sure, the first step is to incorporate in the state where the property is located. If you are part of a national organization, you should check with your HQ regarding how they handle house corps. There are good resources on the national websites of Lambda Chi Alpha, Theta Chi, and Sigma Phi Epsilon. PM if you have more specific questions.

But of course it depends on if you are a National.

Having been on House Corportion for 10 years it is important to undestand and hope you may PM me about it.

Itr is a big step and as I said, if you PM me maybe I can be of help.
