FIJI Sweetheart

My chapter hasn't had a sweetheart in a long time, so I wanted to ask the other FIJIs or FIJI sweethearts out there about what other chapters do. We aren't even sure how to go about it.
The future sweetheart is a sorority girl. Do we serenade her house? She's done so much for us that we'd love to make this special for her and our chapter.
