Question What should I say?????

I'm so glad my friend told me about this site! I have a question. I am planning on transfering from my school now, and I want to rush at my new school cuz being in a sorority seems like a great way to meet tons of new people and form friendships for life!!! I am going to transfer to a private school in california (I am applying to three of them). When I transfer I will be bordlerline sophomore/junior (I will have like 55-58 units depending on the school) What should I say when people ask what year I am. I am definitley going to be there for three years anyways. If I am technically a sophomore, but almost a junior, do I just say sophomore? Also, I have been reading recruitment stories and am feeling a lot better about everything. You guys have so many answers! I'll be sure to post my own recruitment story next fall!
