i may go see it, if for no other reason than a good number of the guys on that team played at Boston U. (Mike Eruzione, Jim Craig the most famous of them).

I believe that is THE GREATEST moment in the history of sports......

Al Micheals will forever be immortalized because of his call.....

I want to see it, just to know what those boys had to endure to inspire a nation......

I'm definitely going to see this movie. I remember so well when that actually happened and how excited everyone was.

For some reason, I vividly remember a TV movie based on this that came out a few years after the Olympics. Karl Malden played Herb Brooks and Jim Craig was played by, imagine this, Steve Guttenberg! Or maybe I dreamed that? Nah, I think that really happened.

Sorry for the hijack

I'm there. It will never be as good as Hoosiers but I am there.

i was sitting in the movie theater in december to see some stupid movie i forget and all of a sudden i heard the beginning "DON'T FEAR THE REAPER" by Blue Oyster Cult (which is one of my favorite songs because i'm a dork like that) and i decided right there that it didn't matter what the hell this movie was about i had to see it.
the i saw it was hockey and it made me happy. and the when i saw EXACTLY what it was about it was a hands down, absolutely, no questions asked SURE THING that i was going to see it. i am VERY excited about this

it's going to have a GREAT soundtrack...
