Apperently the undergrad member had passed out drunk and when he woke up the fraternity advisor was performing sex acts on him.

That is incredibly disgusting.. If in fact this guy's guilty of these deeds I sincerely hope they lock him up and throw away the key.

Or at least he should have to live out the rest of his life paying off this settlement.

I don't really know how this situation (realistically) could have been avoided. Having a sick person like that for an advisor though it leaves me speachless.
