Is this allowed?

Yesterday I spoke to a woman who offered to write me a recommendation for rush.

However, once she told me which GLO she was in, I realized we don't have a chapter on my future campus and I'd like to know, how many of your sororities accept "general" recs? Is this even legal within the NPC regs?
