HELP
I am currently the Sergeant at Arms in my sorority, and it is my job to enforce the rules. But I am beginning to see that is hard then it sounds. There are a few sisters in our organization who have shown no effort over the last semester. One of them even has had a trial and another one has a trail that she is avoiding. With us begin a local and so new I don't know what to do about this. We have put them on social probation because they haven't even paid there dues. They don't even try to come to meeting.
I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and how did you "fix" it.
