HELP
 

I am currently the Sergeant at Arms in my sorority, and it is my job to enforce the rules. But I am beginning to see that is hard then it sounds. There are a few sisters in our organization who have shown no effort over the last semester. One of them even has had a trial and another one has a trail that she is avoiding. With us begin a local and so new I don't know what to do about this. We have put them on social probation because they haven't even paid there dues. They don't even try to come to meeting.

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and how did you "fix" it.

It might be time to see what they are contributing as members. If it isn't much, ask for their pins.

They don't show any effort, they don't pay dues, and they've been in trouble with the chapter, as well as with the authorities (if I'm understanding you correctly)?

Kick them out.
