I'm thinking I might try the fish tonight anyway, but I could chicken out at the last second.

I have to go get weighed tomorrow so I don't want to blow my points. Although I do have all my flex points available.
 | I looked it up in one of my weight watchers books and it said california rolls are 2 points for 4 pieces. Hope that is helpful.

I did WW for a while, not going to meetings, but I signed up online, it has a place where you put in what and how much you ate, and it totals the points for you. It was a lot cheaper than going to meetings ($15 per month for online), but you don't have the face-to-face support that you get at the meetings. I did lose weight while I was doing the program, but they I slacked off...
Not only do the frozen WW meals have the points on them, but I think it's Lean Cuisine that also puts how many WW points it is (it's on the side of the box, not the front).

Good luck to all who are doing the program!

			Another 2.2 pounds lost...for a grand total of 5.8.
Only 4.2 pounds more to lose till I reach the 10 pound mark and I am off for my treat...an hour long massage!

 | Way to go!

Don't think of them as bribes, but as rewards for a job well done!

I"ve been on WW for about 2 1/2 weeks and I've almost lost 15 pounds. : ) I know that's a lot for that amount of time, but i'm sure it'll kinda slow down soon. My best friend lost about 30-40 pounds on it in 3-4 months. She looks phenomenal. I have some more to go, but it works sooooooo well!!! OH!!! And for all you ice cream lovers out there, the MINI Blue Bell ice cream sandwiches are only 2 points!!!!!! Yah hoo!!!

Are they as good as Skinny Cows? I don't think we have Mini Blue Bell Ice Cream Sandwiches.
 Congratualtions to everyone!

I forget that BLue Bell ice cream is a Texas thing, too bad for everyone else because it is by far the best on the planet. It's better than the Skinny cows IMO, but those are really good too. : ) Thanks!

They don't have Blue Bell everywhere?! How sad!
Kemps low fat frozen yogurt is great and only about 2-3 points a serving.

I haven't been uber strict on WW lately, but am down a total of 17 lbs since late October. I've gotten to the point (no pun intended) where I know how much food I should have in a day.

Congrats on all your losses, girls!
