LOL. It looks like quite a few other people missed the final pick too so at least I don't feel so dumb.
BTW, who named their bracket "Go away Tom Earp"? It cracks me up every time I log in.

What???
Games so far: 4 out of 8?
Rank: 22nd out of 22?
So much for picking a few upsets...oh well.

Dook 71, Belmont 70. Good try, Bruins! The only thing good about this win is my bracket pick was correct. I have Dook losing in the 2nd round, where they USUALLY lose. So far, I'm 9 for 11, thanks to the damn Trojans.

I have them picked to lose fairly early, too, along with Kansas, which always chokes in the tourney. Why should this year be any different?

That was pretty much what I was saying at the end of the game. Way too close, but I give Belmont credit for not be intimidated by playing Duke.

Yeah, my bracket is pretty busted also. I picked some upsets that Mr. ZTABullwinkle thought were off the wall. The only one I changed was Georgia upsetting Xavier. Good thing Xavier pulled that game out.
I too giggle when I see the name "Go away Tom Earp." I have my suspicions.

I'm currently running three brackets, and I put different things for all of them. I wish I could keep them straight.

I, too, am giving Belmont a lot of credit. That was one of the best basketball games I've seen in a long time. However, I hope Duke stays spooked enough to lose Saturday

As Usual GP is her funny self?
I still cannot understand why "The Big XII" gets screwed once again?
KU and KSU, Kansas in the same regionals and KU. beat up on Portland State, and lest we forget, KSU whipped USC! So it boils down to if they each make it to the end of the regional, they will have to play each other to move on.
I have to stick with The Jayhawks of Kansas.
It would be great if KU and NC played for the championship as Roy Williams was KU coach for many years!
There would be a big reason for KU to win that game!

My husband called me a little while ago screaming. I couldn't figre out what he was saying until I heard "Toppers" something or other. So I guessed that Western Kentucky beat Drake. Then he screamed louder- he's a western alum. I guess he can watch the games at work-- I'll have to satisfy myself with surfing greek chat! (the streaming website it blocked)

Don't worry, FR, you'll get to see it. I have no doubt that they'll be showing that last shot for the next year!
Go Toppers!
