Yeah, everywhere I've been, Sigmas and Zetas are very close, and more often than not, I see them together as couples too.

From what I was told by my cousin who is a Sigma, and a good friend of mine who is a Zeta, Phi Beta Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta are the only "Constitutionally Bound" NPHC Organizations. Of course, I've never heard an AKA or an Alpha deny the bond between their two organizations, but I have heard a Delta let someone know that the Que's were NOT her bruhs... And I've definitely heard discrepancy from every angle as far as KAPsi and Sigma Gamma Rho are concerned...

There are tons of Deltas who will say that. The good news is, despite what bond enthusiasts say, it doesn't make them any less Delta.

Interesting read..
On my campus, we are close with Sigma Lambda Upsilon, but that has more to do with chapter history than anything.

It's actually quite simple.. They're fly. We're fly. They love the color Red. So do we.
Like I said, it's more of a regional thing, but I know that on my campus, I have a lot of appreciation for the ladies of Sigma Lambda Upsilon Senoritas Latinas Unidas National Sorority, INNNCORPORATED.

I think that's kool. That's the only thing I hated I missed in undergrad, was being exposed to the latina/latino glos. I went to a black college.

I had no idea who they are so I looked it up.
On a funny and unrelated note, some chapters will "bond" with whatever group they think is attractive or that the members are hooking up with. That's a rather flighty bond that is the recipe for drama.

..I'm going to refrain from certain comments on said topics...
But I WILL say that there are certain bonds I've observed (on this campus and off) that seem to be largely superficial..
Oh and young ladies joining sororities to be closer to the men of the "brother" org...
