^^^ I never understood why people wear shades to hide their identity.

Unless they distort your features and your voice, can't people still know who you are?

Earlier reports of her giving birth were wrong. People broke the story this morning: http://www.people.com/people/article...209772,00.html

LOS ANGELES (AP) — It's Love, Angel, Music, and Baby No. 2 for Gwen Stefani, who on Thursday gave birth to a boy. Zuma Nesta Rock weighed 8 pounds and 5 ounces when he was born Thursday afternoon, according to publicist Dave Tomberlin.

[ full story ]

I love Gwen Stefani to death, but is she serious with her 2nd child's name?

I think it's cute. It totally reflects her style.

I wonder if 'Nesta' is in honor of Bob Marley? LOL

I thought I posted this already, but apparently Diddy is getting married to 17 year old pop/R&B singer Cassie.

I'm pretty sure I saw it in my mom's Star magazine, let me see if I can find an article about it.

The bachelor father of six is quietly telling close friends and family that he and singer Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura are heading to the chapel

Diddy revealed his engagement to the Connecticut native at his son Justin's eighth-grade graduation ceremony in Riverdale, N.Y., on June 5. The hip-hop megastar met 17-years-younger Cassie after signing her up to his label, Bad Boy Records, in 2006.

He and Kim (his baby mama, the model) broke up a while ago. I think she was the one who left him.

Over the last week or two I've been hearing Carrie Underwood's "Just a Dream" while in the car and everytime I hear it I just tear up!! I happened to see the video on YouTube and OMG! I am bawling!! I love her voice. I don't know how she can sing some of her songs and NOT cry! I'm a softie though. There are maybe 5 other songs that I can't listen to without crying and all of them are country songs.

I had not heard the song until you said something. That is gut wrenching. I have to say that she is by far the most succesful American idol winner of the bunch.

I can't even listen to "Jesus Take the Wheel" anymore. An old friend of mine was in hospice, dying of breast cancer which had metastasized to the brain. The hospice workers said that she had less than 24 hours. One of the things that hospice often recommends is that you play the person's favorite music because it's said that hearing is the last sense to go. So her caregiver put on the first Carrie Underwood CD and the first time she sang the chorus "Jesus Take the Wheel", my friend passed away. Absolutely can't ever listen to that song again.
