He and Kim (his baby mama, the model) broke up a while ago. I think she was the one who left him.

Over the last week or two I've been hearing Carrie Underwood's "Just a Dream" while in the car and everytime I hear it I just tear up!! I happened to see the video on YouTube and OMG! I am bawling!! I love her voice. I don't know how she can sing some of her songs and NOT cry! I'm a softie though. There are maybe 5 other songs that I can't listen to without crying and all of them are country songs.

I had not heard the song until you said something. That is gut wrenching. I have to say that she is by far the most succesful American idol winner of the bunch.

I can't even listen to "Jesus Take the Wheel" anymore. An old friend of mine was in hospice, dying of breast cancer which had metastasized to the brain. The hospice workers said that she had less than 24 hours. One of the things that hospice often recommends is that you play the person's favorite music because it's said that hearing is the last sense to go. So her caregiver put on the first Carrie Underwood CD and the first time she sang the chorus "Jesus Take the Wheel", my friend passed away. Absolutely can't ever listen to that song again.

Although I'm a fan of Carrie's, I'd have to give the most successful title to Kelly Clarkson. No question about it. But I'm just saying....
