Correct.

As far as listing him as a prominent member I don't know. I guess only the members of Omega can really answer that. But this does give new meaning to being a nasty que !
Some post in this thread stated that he is very knowledgable in business. I'm sure he didn't start out as a porn star. I believe he just decided to take his business knowledge and use it in a field to where he knew he could perform in himself and also make tons of money. The porn industry is a huge market that a lot of people look down upon, yet it is real popular. This does give a new look upon nasty que. Thanks for the responses towards the thread. This is what I'm looking for.

This is too funny. You are completely right. Any real Delta knows when her sorority was founded, and I never said anything about your sorority's founding date. I guess your trying to make yourself feel good or make me look bad again. You just don't know, so I'll let you and any other people answer this question yourself/themselves. Any real Delta or AKA knows this answer(I believe you know and are in denial). In my so called diss/comment, I was referring to an AKA sorority meeting. When was the meeting held? When was Delta founded? Hmmmm.......just wondering. It's okay to be wrong sometimes. If you want, I know tons of your sorors on a personal level that would be glad to educate you properly.
I kept saying I wouldn't say anything. I really tried but seriously, nonchalant, for you to be non Greek, you post/behave as if you are an advanced student in all things Greek, specifically AKA and DST. Was your great grandmother neighbors with Myra Davis Hemmings? Did she play bid whist with Nellie Quander? I'm just curious.

Not that it has anything to do with it, but Ladygreek is approaching her 37th year as a member of Delta Sigma Theta. I really doubt that the Sorors you know could educate Ladygreek on anything of great significance regarding Delta Sigma Theta, but I do think you need a few lessons in respect and knowing when to post and when not to post.

I hate when folks on message boards call each other "Girl/Honey/Sweetie" especially in the midst of a cyber disagreement. I especially hate it when folks who are younger call an older person those same "terms of endearment."

Now in terms of "the meeting in 1912" (post in AKA incorporation thread), the implication of your post was read and understood. Be real with yours. Don't try to "play nice" now.

As a Delta, I know that meeting in 1912 was instrumental in the formation of Delta Sigma Theta in 1913. I am thankful for the vision of my Founders and can appreciate Ms. Quander being steadfast to AKA remaining an organization as well. The separation has served both organizations well, I think.

You're the type of non Greek that I dislike: no one can tell you anything because you know EVERYTHING about Greek life. You aren't open to learning anything new about the other orgs. Your perception of each org is set in stone. And that is sad.

Nonchalant,
As an AKA, I strongly suggest that you take heed to what my Sistergreek CrimsonTide4 has just posted. I've read your posts in this thread over and over again. Your posts were both offensive and troublesome to not only the members of DST, but to myself as well. The thread was originally about a member of Omega Psi Phi, yet you managed to drag AKA and DST into the mix - WHY?????

You asked history questions regarding both orgs, then had the AUDACITY to say that any real Delta or AKA would know the answer. Let me ask you this: Are you a duly initiated, card carrying member of any of the 2 organizations? How can you purport to know more about our respective organizations than us? Please do not advocate for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She has MEMBERS to do that job.

Thanks CT4. Just one thing, when I use Sweetie it is always a term of endearment, and I want folx to know that even if we are disagreeing about something I still have love for that person.

But I hear ya about how others use it.

FeeFee,
See, she doesn't realize that we are all sistergreeks and that we will close ranks when warranted.

I dont have any response to nonchalants statements about Delta or AKA. I'm not a GLO member and issues of history isnt any of my business. I get it, its a greek thang and I wont understand. I respect that.

I take serious issue with is ladygreek's sometimes out of pocket responses. Then on the next turn pointing out someone else's lack of respect. If nonchalant disrespected your or anyone's org, please know that your sorority sister can equally disrespectful. I see your response to nonchalant, but do you do correct your sister when she is out of pocket? It would be very hypocrytical not to. I don't, and wont know the answer to that question. That's Delta business, not any of mine. But the evidence answer is apparent just by rereading this entire thread.

I did not know that ladygreek has that many years in your org. Based on some of her posts, I would have never guessed this. I now know ladygreek is my elder and will adjust myself accordingly.

Close ranks=aiding and abetting
Wrong is wrong, regardless of who does it. But, that could be a non-greek thang.

I completely dont get that.

What is the purpose of the discusion board and thread topics for each GLO?

What do you think about Sally-Sue, a member of XYZ who recently accomplished (insert an accomplishment).

Well it isnt any one's business that isnt in the XYZ?

Or is it everyone's business until the negative aspects are brought up?

I make "out of pocket" responses to "out of pocket" posters. Now go figure that out or is it too "out of pocket" for you.

It's everyone's business until everyone's told to mind their own business.

This is in the Omega forum but guess who haven't posted in this thread recently?

You don't have to get it but you have to get over it. Toodles.
